Photographically, I like it. Nice restricted colour palette and control of DoF.

Nutritionally, less so.

Its only vitamins :) I only eat 1 meal a day so figure it can’t do any harm.

Being a chef, my life is indeed ruled by timers and alarms though!
 
I take 4 in the morning too. Nice shot.

Interesting artistic choice of white balance to set the tone of the photo. I think it works well.

So are those some futuristic, dried and condensed bacon, eggs and hashbrowns? Just needing a little rehydration...
