HTC & Mac

I have an Imac and I had an HTC One M8 - they just do not play together nicely! Solution - IPhone 6 -Ive just changed and its so much nicer to have a phone and a pc that syncs properly. I dislike how introverted Apple is when it comes to realising there is other tech out there , but their stuff does work well together , though iTunes is a PITA.
Fabs you'll weaken eventually

I've only just moved from iPhone to Android, won't be going back any time soon. ;)

The only reason I moved to iphone is that they finally made one big enough to use properly. Is the iphone 6 as good as the M8? - the jury's out at the moment.

That's the reason I moved to the HTC, I wanted the bigger screen and I was able to get a much better deal on the M8.

Anyway, I appear to have found my solution. I had a chat with a colleague yesterday who's been using Android for a number of years ankd she showed me how to upload all my music from iTunes to Google so I can then download what I want on my phone wherever I am using Google's Play Music app which is way better than HTC's own music app. I can then use Google Drive for photos. Never need to plug the phone into the Mac again!

Great news fabs, you are now free from cables and iTunes lol
