I've got a bit of a thick head this morning but nothing too severe ;)

I actually drank far more on Xmas eve. After a couple of bottles of wine went round, I demolished a bottle of port with my mother in law

After taking my mother home at about 6ish yesterday evening, I settled in to the sofa with Beverley and the bottle of Ardbeg Corryvreckan that she bought me for Xmas. For the whisky drinkers out there, it's like Laphroaig laced with silk

Hope everyone has a good Boxing Day. Me, I'm just chilling and stroking my new Magic Mouse. 'Tis a think of beauty :)

No hangover, off out shooting now, can`t do that with a thick head.....:)

Mine's not too bad either. I'm just working my way through a couple of cases of white wine I bought on Christmas Eve, and my father "bought" me a case of Rioja wine. I say "bought", as I'm not really keen on red wines so it gave him an excuse to start drinking them.......crafty old so-and-so.

Suprisingly no hangover after gallons of cider and a few GnTs

Had a wee nip of that once, tis truly lush:thumbs:

No hangover, only drink Tea or Coffee. Gave away 5 bottles of quality wine to friends for Christmas.

I love being young aside from the cat that took a **** in my mouth (metaphor people, otherwise there would be blood on the walls) I'm fine :D

I've never had a hangover in my life. I only had 2 bottles of (Crabbies) ginger beer yesterday, couldn't be bothered drinking - too tired. Had a good old skinful on Wednesday (work night out), and a whopping session Christmas Eve.

I am seriously regretting yesterday.
My other half kicked me out of bed at 11:00am which is very late for me and offered me a lovely breakfast..
I managed to eat it and I am slowly coming around and the caffiene is slowly kicking in.
Normally I don't get drunk at xmas but my stepdaughter encouraged me and she is suffering even more than me :)

I always found that port gave me a Class 1 hangover.
It is lovely grog, but I give it a miss now.

nope, so long as I drink less wine than 2 bottles of the stuff or don't drink more than a bottle and a half of spirits, I'm as right as rain the next morning - and just to make everyone who does get hangovers sick, not only am I full of beans but I get up really early the day after a drink too  Used to make my mates sick when I'd drink them under the table and they'd all be nursing hangovers the next day and I was right as rain

One of the funniest times was with hubbys old band last year, they decided (ha!) that they were "hardcore rock and roll baby!" so we were all going on a 3 day booze bender and going to both days of the festival. Score! So, down the pub the first night, I said I could keep up with hubby so we had 6 bottles of brown ale each and a few shots. The "hard core rock and roll baby!" guitarists had 3 pints of larger each... (not very hardcore ) Next morning, bright and early hubby and I were up - meeting the rest of them down at the festival about lunchtime. Lunchtime came, we were at the festival and they turned up a few hours later. We went to another bar after the festival and hubby and I had a food fight  the 3rd day came and we were supposed to meet them at the festival again, so we went there and a few hours later we got text messages saying that they were all too hungover  pussies! - not so "hardcore rock and roll baby!"

Am back to work this morning, feel a little groggy but think that's through not sleeping last night.
Had a few bottles of wine on Christmas day but never seem to get a hangover with it. Was the driver yesterday when visiting the parents so thankfully no hangover today!

i was nicley hungover on christmas morning, but that was to be expected with the amount of cava/wine/brandy and whisky i consumed, but i found sitting outside in the cold in not very many clothes taking pictures of birds helped it :D. and the hangover from christmas kicked in at about 7:30 in the evening :P.

oO, i love laphroaig so that sounds amazing

Got up late on the 25th with an awful hangover, drank so much the night before.

Think drinking games followed by a few rounds of the pubs and bars.

Hangover? What's one of those? Oh wait..... you need alcohol. Being on call from 18-28 December put paid to any chance of even sniffing alcohol! Roll on the new year :D

I'm still waiting for mine to kick in, what I've done is to just carry on drinking right through the weekend, that way I don't get a hangover til the mother of all of them when I get back into the office tomorrow :D
