Hello all,
Only on the site about 2 minutes and already laughing maniacally at that "carton" post! I'll try keep this short(ish), I've a habit of getting carried away with a keyboard!
I'm Irish, and live in London. My first interest in photography started when I was about 10. I asked my parents to buy me a "camera with one of those focus things on it". So they purchased me an olympus point and shoot with "autofocus" written on the package. I think what I was trying to say was an SLR, but anyway. I started taking pictures of birds and trees etc, but after a few months my interest disapated somewhat.
Approximately 20 years later, and after talking to a friend, I decided it was time to ressurrect an old interest (one that kinda stayed with me throughout my point and shoot times!). So I'm new enough to DSLR photography, bought my first (Nikon D60) there about 2/3 months ago.
Anyway, here's what I've done so far:

I'm getting there. Post Processing could be a bit better in some cases, but slowly learning bits and pieces.
