Hi all,

I'm Amelia (based in Gloucester), I've been into photography for a while but it's been somewhat overtaken by other hobbies for the last couple of years (water+SLRs don't make a happy mix!). Anyway, I'm starting to get back into and thought I'd have a look for a forum and happily stumbled on here.

I've got a 20d with a 28-105 f2.8 and 75-300 which I've had for a while, and have just taken the plunge to extend both sides of my range with a 10-20 and a 150-500. Previously I've done a fair amount of macro nature stuff and sports, but I'm planning to increase the amount of wildlife and landscape photography I do with the new lenses (fingers crossed!). I've also been experimenting with underground photography recently too which presents some interesting challenges.

Looking forward to getting into the forum a bit more,

Underground photography sounds interesting (assume you don't mean tube trains!). Some nice kit you have (20d stalwart too). Looking forward to seeing some pictures.

Hi Amelia, welcome to the forums, I've just seen your pics in another thread, I'm from Gloucester to and regularly frequent Slimbridge, in fact I was there Saturday and Sunday, I'm a 55 year old and a Canon user:thumbs:
 
Hello Amelia, welcome to the forum. I've just had a look through your photos you have posted and i really like the underground shots, it's something i've wanted to do myself for a while now.
