I am doing City and Guilds Level 2 and as part of the course we have to display our 12 photographs. One of the teacher's from the college says that we have to display our work as if we were going for a professional job interview. She believes that the best way for us to display our work is to use a PHOTO ALBUM, as in an self-adhesive one from Wilkinsons, Tescos etc. I had bought a nice leather folio with nice plastic slip-in folders but she said it wasn't professional enough. Am I missing something here?? Sarah

This is type of thing she meant...

Some of them have ring binders, others are just cases you drop your work in... decide which you prefer as the ring binders will damage your work if you aren't using them.

Hi Sarah.I did the C&G level 2 course last year

I used a photo book from Snapfish for my first presentation and a simple black cardboard box of A4 photos on foam boards for the second one. Two completely different presentations are required as you know and you score points for using the on line software for building a photo book.

Both of mine went down really well cause I got a distinction

Others in the class used calendars, collages, posters, some showed there work digitally on cd/dvd and projector depending on there chosen theme.

Good luck with the course.I really enjoyed it.

Wow thanks for answering post. Was this for the prentation unit or the printing one? We are just finishing off printing unit. Going to print off my final 12 images using prefered paper and ink but don't think i should present these in a photo album. Contacted city and guilds but not heard back yet. Sarah
