I saw this on DA (User: ~dizzi-bizzi) and I really like the style. How can I replicate it?

Is it a method of PP or mainly in-camera?

This isn't meant to sound like a cocky answer....

but why don't you just ask them, send them an email? They'll either tell you or they won't :)

Because then I wont find out either :p

Many questions asked on these forums could be answered with a simple google search, but by doing that - many other people dont find out the answer to a question they may not have thought of, and it allows people with 'more' knowledge to add to the discussion.

I think its done by pointing the camera in the direction of the sun and then lowering the saturation in PP. Thats just a hunch though.

I am not registered on DA so thought that here would be a better place to ask (ok, maybe its abit lazy!)

Its more the style I am interested in rather than specific picture.

Looks like she's backlit and the photograph has been exposed for the shadowed parts. Contrast perhaps dragged down a bit too. Don't know if that's the full story though.
