How to post an image from flickr into a Facebook conversation ?

Hi folks, I'm after some help.

As all my bird / wildlife images are in particular flickr albums, it would be really handy if I could just select one from flickr to paste in conversations in a facebook group.

At the moment I have to go to flickr, check when the image was taken then trawl through my hard drive looking for the original.

Is there an easy way to do it ?
