how to multi image

Hey there,

does anyone have any tips on how to get this kind of effect either in post processing or using the actual camera/and accessories ?

Or any suggestions as to what to buy to get this look (I only have small Holga filters)

It looks like it was done with a prisim type filter (looks a bit like a cut diamond) but you could replicate it in phptpshop.
Here I cut out the head with a soft feather, pasted it into a new document, then holding down ALT I just dragged a copy into each corner, then added a layer mask to each of the four corners I painted out where it overlapped the centre face. Added a hint of surface blur to soften it (I haven't time to do anything fancy)
