Yes
If I were to do a shot with some one laying down on white muslin, how do I OE the floor bit but not the person

its onlp possible in p&p i would say unless you have a stage to light underneath but i still cant see that would work properly.

I thought it might have been......hmmm that might take me a while to do with possibly 100 floor pics lol

Why do you want to light the floor independently from the subject?

the floor will be white, so I need it to be over exposed, but as the subject is laying on the floor, the subject is very likely to be over exposed also.

what will you be using as the meterial, also why do you want to blow the floor, i think it will look like there in air.
are you aiming for something like this.

Yes that's the money shot.

I am using something similar to the in the picture, haven't had time to test it out.

How did you light this one? I have 3 lights if that helps....

Pp the rug to be brighter?

Will have to have a mess about tomorrow, I could really do with my 4th light but can't get it in time

Light the BG and then get some MDF panels from DIY shop and paint then with a semi gloss white paint and then the BG will Light the MDF floor.

It works well.
