How to have an accident

I can't view the others, but I bet there's a lot of Darwin nominees.

An RCD should be quick enough to make the paddling pool one less likely to be fatal, although I wouldn't want to do it myself!

Thanks Ken
Another one for the safety board in work :)

This HAS to be faked.

"And THAT is how the builders' crack came to be!"

I think he was the one who knew what to do, and the lightest.

Who in their right mind would do such a thing?

I don't see any women here...

...just sayin...

:exit:
I noticed that, though not sure about the 2nd swimming pool one.

Edit, had another look and I doubt a woman would wear socks like that :)

Anyone else spotted the broken bar across the window behind the counterweights? The result of a previous attempt at reaching the AC unit?

Broken or just unbolted, to make it easier getting in and out of the window.

I wonder how many of these actually ended up as an accident or did they all come out of it unscathed.
As for why no women? Apparently they were otherwise preoccupied.

I work in industry & we are taught all about safety etc but its surprising how many accidents occur. If you then look at accident statistics for the home & building trade there are thousands of people doing jobs in all good intentions but having accidents because they haven't thought it through.
