How to get rid of lens flare

And the first person to answer with "don't take it into the sun" owes me a cookie

I took these piccies on holiday and I took the first one into the sun because I wanted to and the second is a sunset so had to be taken into the sun but there's a touch of lens flare on them, how do I edit it out, I've cloned it, it doesn't look right, I've used blemish tool on it, it doesn't look right. I haven't saved any of my efforts cos they are pap.

Ooer - look at the dust bunnies on the first one I will clone those out
