How To Delete Camera Profiles

I have just been trying, for the first time, the Colorchecker Classic.

It has gone OK and I have created a new camera calibration profile.

My question is how do you cancel a camera calibration profile from both Lightroom 4 and CS6 please as I cannot find it under Preferences or Settings
Im using Windows 7

Thanks, John, I'll give that a try.....all the profiles are there but not the one I created through colourchecker??

That's where Adobe say they should be. Try doing a search using the name of the profile and see if it's gone to another location
 
I need to set up my folder option to view Hidden folders how do I do that please.
