How to crop this image?

Number 1 personally, more detail on the bark, no manky leaves as in #2, and a bigger subject :)
 
Yup, #1, cuts out some clutter but maintains the depth of it's home/burrow.
 
number one.. its the only crop that has subject looking into the picture as all the rest its looking out..

That's a really good way of looking at it, something i'll bare in mind in future crops!
 
I think any crop that enlarges the image reveals a general lack of sharpness.
The focus point seems to be on the green leaves in the lower part of the frame.
