Do you mean something like this?

Image - adjustments - invert then add a gradient map adjustment layer using the spectrum gradient then on the background layer add Gaussian Blur to suit.

is there any other effects you can do that revert the orginal colour ?
 
Need a bit more info on what you want to achieve, so, no I don't have any more images like that as I only did an experiment with an existing file to see if I could produce what I thought you wanted.
 
You can get thermal/predator type effects but obviously you can't get a true thermal image, do you have photoshop or similar image editing software?
 
yes thats what i wanted but i dont understand the spectrum gradient because there seem wants u invert there is no more settings ?

Mmmmm, what do you actually want to know?

Here's how you can do it Image - adjustments - invert then add a gradient map adjustment layer using the spectrum gradient then on the background layer add Gaussian Blur to suit.
