How to change Camera Owner details

I brought my camera second hand some time ago and have noticed that within the properties of a pic in CS3 it shows the previous owners name.

How do I change this to my details??

The should be a disk with the camera with a program called EOSutility - you connect your camera to the PC via a USB cable and use this
