How not to be a wedding tog

One of those flashes would have been useful where I'd have stuck it.

Obviously posted on vimeo by a videographer. Why wouldn't the photographers want to be shooting exactly what they were?

... because it's a wedding first, and also any professional photographer would bear in mind the needs of other professionals - caterers, planners, decorators, videographers etc - all also working at the same wedding.

idiots. Looked almost intentional tbh at times.

Its the old photographer vs videographer thing.....

Only really truly resolved in a Harry Hill fashion...

FIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(or perhaps they could just be considerate and communicate on a reasonable co-operative way)

Pretty crazy. I bet they got some great shots but most likely at the expense of really good wedding footage. Pretty unprofessional way to do business.

Lack of comms in this situation,
I've been a DJ at weddings / parties, where we were playing along side a live band. 2 different sets.

the key thing here is that both us and the band had spoke to each other during the sound check, so we knew who was doing what, no speaking over each other or playing when not supposed to...
With that the evening went superbly

Just amazing, at one point two of them are almost taking the same shots

totally unprofessional - in fact a complete dick!

Made me laugh. I loved the way they just popped up. This wasn't the official video though surely? I'm sure I saw a pro video camera in some shots?

As unprofessional as the photographers were, if this was the official video it's just as bad!

I thought the same myself, if it's uncle Bob doing the video then I suppose they weren't too worried about getting in his way.

But surely all videographers should be banned from weddings?

Still reckon it's an over reaction to a couple of blokes trying to do their job.

So with a video with a pretty wide field of view, looking like it's mounted on a tripod for the most part how is he supposed to get his shots without being in the video's way?

Invisibility cloak? Stand outside and shoot through a window?

I think its a rival company and they where doing the pop up trick on purpose
