I did do a search on here just to see if it's been done before, but nothing came up. So assuming it's not been done before, I will go ahead and create the thread. Just a bit of fun really and nothing to get too serious about, if you all think it's a poop thread, then simply let the thread drop off the scale ;)

Obvious one would be, how many Cameras do I want. A DSLR to go with my primes, a reasonable quality compact for pocket ability, and a cheapo compact with good zoom for holidays.
 
I need two pairs of glasses, one for driving and one for reading.
 
Frying pans... been told i have too many but i don't think i have.. i have a small egg pan, 2 omelet pans 2 larger ones a griddle one (doesn't count in my book) a couple of cheepo ones that i need as they are good for odds and ends. now i have got rid of a few .

Glasses set for work and one for everything else.

4 kayaks.

A sea kayak, a surf kayak, a white-water kayak and a general purpose kayak.

Oh and not much space in the garage.:(

... Back on topic, if you've collected cars, you can get bored or annoyed with them and remember the ownership after swopping them for something else, better or worse; art works can be turned into money but books and tobacco pipes are for hoarding and keeping!

Kitchen knives, yeah that one will do for now,
you can only use one at a time, but its nice to have a

Its a hard hobbit to break (though to be fair i think that's the first time ive mentioned it on here in over a year .. after your good lady told me to find some new material )

The staff room search engine obviously works better than the one us normal mortals have - search term hobbit , user big soft moose - doesn't give any hits this year (apart from that one) which tracks with it about the time lil yv asked me to dial back the heightists references , and as you know i can never say no to a beautiful woman...

Nope never have done either of those.
