How much for these?

I seem to fancy getting myself a Canon 40d now they kicking around at good prices.

So wonder what i get for these

Canon 400D body since I have sold the kit lens
Canon Battery grip that goes with the 400d

Maybe if have to my Canon 1.4 50mm Prime

Bearing in mind the 400d goes brand new for £299 w/ kit lens, I'd say £320 max.
