How many times a night?

Sex?

Up for a pish....
He said 'at it', reasonable assumption :)
Nah, it becomes a habit getting up that many times.
Go to the loo a couple of times just before you go to bed - not once.
When you wake up and feel you need to go, roll over and go back to sleep. Try to cut down from three times to two and then once, and eventually all night without getting up.
It should take a few weeks - just persist; unless there is a medical reason...

Gets worse by 74

i generally drink quite a lot of water during the day and early eve, got into it a few years ago
couple of wees before bed at 10pm and then usually one at 2am and i am all done.

2.5 hours sleep at any given time before i need a pee :-(

Try not drinking after 19.00

1 or 2 depends a lot on what i have eaten for my tea, salad with new potatoes is a 2 fish can be a 1

At 64, definitely once but sometimes I can last till 5am; mind you, I'm in Z-land by 9:30pm most nights, so that's not bad I reckon. On the other hand, if I stupidly have a late cup of tea, it's twice or thrice before 6am.

At 59 I usually drink a large cup of water before bed, and don't need a wee till morning. Unfortunately I usually have joint and muscle pains that wake me instead. [emoji853]

58 and I generally go through the night (7hrs) without needing a pee. Last drink is usually a couple of mouthfuls half hour before bed I may get up if the wife disturbs my sleep, she has an annoying habit of waking up around 3 in the morning, can't sleep and reads her Kindle and starts fidgeting.

It's not a problem for me yet. Mrs WW is always on at me to drink more so I take a travel cup to bed but usually don't touch it until morning.

I had a water infection a few weeks ago, that made things a lot less fun.

Encouraging, but unfortunately fivethirtyeight got it wrong in 2016.

Rasmussen Reports polls always seem to be favourable for Trump, whether of not they prove correct we'll have to wait till Wed morning.

Cant argue with the squirrel though :)

Ok does does that mean how many times you men get up for a pee depends on who wins the USA election
If it does, is there a connection between me not needing to get up for a pee and having absolutely no interest in the USA election? ;)

Go and see your GP, I have the same problem and take oxybutynin which helps but get the old DRE (finger up bum jobby) just to be safe.

I'm 70 years old and at it 3 times a night now, driving me nuts. How about you?
Peeing, getting inspiration for a song, just waking up and thinking of all the pants stuff you have been through in the last couple of years and not being able switch off or wanting to raid the fridge? :)

Even worse - i wet the bed once or twice a month :-(

I drink half a bottle of scotch and fall asleep hugging the toilet and crying.

Don't understand the problem to be honest.

64..drink what i want.. usually a decent size cup of herbal coffee before bed... rarely go to bed before 2am .. up around 9am .. first trip is bathroom but none during night..
