No - and wouldnt know what to do with one!
 
Depends what you're after, there are litterally hundreds available for free and it's not exactly difficult to make your own.

Quite agree. They are so easy to do. Just do the process once and record it while you're doing it. It's that easy. If you don't want to make your own there are hundreds on Adobe.com
 
I haven't but I did really like this one by Nichole Van and considered buying it
 
I have bought some for simple framing (different thickness strokes really) I could have done it myself but for a few quid it was a no-brainer.
