Hi there, looking to buy a D7500. It seems that members are keeping hold of theirs, so I looked at e-infinity. It says that they are out of stock. Anyone been in a similar situation and has some idea what the hold-up is and the possible average waiting time is? Weeks? Months? And will the price have changed, for the worse no doubt?

Probably best to ask e infinity.
my wife wanted an xt4, it was in stock, then, the next day she went to buy it and it was out of stock. I set up an email alert and a week later it was back in stock. It arrived today.

Lots available used with the likes of MPB and LCE for around £750 so I suspect £649 new from e-infinity is likely to changed when in stock. I had a similar dilemma when trying to get a 500PF lens and ended up buying from CameraWorld at a much higher price, but I did get one. Good Luck !

PS I have a D7500 and for me its a great camera

Asked for a quote on a D700 and an Xt10 in part exchange for a D7500. They offered me £335. Nah.

Not sure if you’re still looking but they’re in stock here. I’ve used them loads and always been happy with the service.

How much will e-infinity offer for the exchange?

@mossienet Would you be interested in a USED Nikon D810 in great condition with somewhere in the region of 16,000 clicks for a decent price ?

""IF you were interested"" I would of course list it in the Market Place section as per forum rules in order that everything is above board ..

I bought this on a whim after much deliberation as to whether or not I should delve into mirrorless , it had 15,390 actuations when purchased and I`d be surprised if I`ve put more than a few hundred shots on it since then , Never taken it out of the house to shoot properly with it except to the Garden for a few (one off) Pre Wedding shots of my daughter ...

I`m not a hard guy to deal with as others on this forum have been very kind to me , I will in return, offer the same gratitude to fellow forum members

I was out yesterday shooting a trail race and came back with 1,500 images. My computer is slow and it took an absolute age to load them up. Way too many MP's for it to cope with.
Plus, we have a small leak in the kitchen and they are due to rip out the units on one side, so that they can dig up the floor etc etc. It's going to cost a few thousand and photo gear has sunk to the bottom of the pile.

I didn't think they did exchanges.
My point really, you are/were comparing apples & pears :(. Sorry to hear about your water leak - they’re the worst in some ways.

And 2nd hand, often displayed without a body cap so potentially filthy sensor...
