I know its not much just wanna know as they use it as a big selling point. Thought I would have it by now thats all.

Hi Rob,

That's not normal really. I got mine after about a month. You should chase it up if possible.

Can't you look on the website with your reference number?
I know it took ages for mine when I bought my 40D last year, if you don't see any progress on there send them an email, thats what I did & didn't take long after that
 
Last year mine took about 3 to 4 weeks.
 
still waiting for mine - posted the paperwork to Canon about 2 weeks ago so will wait another 2 weeks before I chase it up
 
Mine was about 5-6 weeks IIRC.
But that was 12 months ago.
 
mine was a couple of months I think, was right at the ends of a period mind and think they were a bit swamped
 
I have used canon cashback twice, first time I complained, second it was all right, but still took couple months.
 
MY last one was 3 months - although Canon did send me an email after about 5 weeks saying there has been delays
 
I sent mine in on 9th December, heard nothing, rang them last week and they said they had not received it yet. They said it might just be stuck in the christmas backlog but im going to ring again on monday to see whats happening.
 
Mine took nearly 4 months. Now the cheque is still sitting there. :lol:

Trouble is you sent your receipt which you will need back. If i were you i would write a letter (to the same address) to them with all your details inc email address so they can tell you when they posted your cheque. They 'should' be able to send you another and cancel the original so suggest that to them. Also don't forget many many cameras would have been sold over the Xmas period so that would take them longer.

yeh I think ill wait til end of the week, luckily ***. Jessops were pretty switched on when i bought the camera and do you a duplicate of the receipt so I still have one.
