You'll have fun, in a shop, buying a tv asking "which tv has the best picture quality"if you're going to mention quality, especially of an image, then remember to define your use of the term

You'll have fun, in a shop, asking anything much - because their job is to sell you something, so the channel they're operating on has inbuilt bias ...You'll have fun, in a shop, buying a tv asking "which tv has the best picture quality"![]()
Well I was thinking that you ask the seller "to define picture/image quality" and explaining "did you know there are different meanings for the word quality" etc etc.......that should leave the guy confusedYou'll have fun, in a shop, asking anything much - because their job is to sell you something, so the channel they're operating on has inbuilt bias ...
I'm confused by that post as it is!"did you know there are didn't meanings for the word quality" etc etc.....
What a load of old cobblers! The journey is what gives me pleasure and using well made tools enhances that Journey! What camera do you use BTW?The image is the thing! The camera's just a tool. It could be a pinhole camera home-made out of cardboard box. And I'll repeat - if you're going to mention quality, especially of an image, then remember to define your use of the term - it's meaningless otherwise.
Corrected in my post from didn't to differentI'm confused by that post as it is!
Be that as it may, anyone who wishes to test the resolving power of their lenses could always find themselves a copy of the 1951 USAF resolution test chart...
