How hot is it where you are, at the moment?

Well, we're in Edinburgh and our heating is on. It's only been off on a few days this year, and we still have two duvets on our bed ...

21 degrees today, a lot more comfortable than the last couple of days of 28 degrees.

Still, working from home has some benefits, I could never get away with sitting in my pants in the office. Just need to remember not to stand up during zoom meetings. :D

Cleethorpes area 22 heading for 26 later too hot for me .

It is not too hot at the moment, but it feels like the temp could be rising.

21 and stuffy here, set to hit 26 / 27 oC by early afternoon.

Much wetness predicted in the small hours overnight tonight
Followed by cooler temps

Bring it on (y)

It is 26C where we are. We only did an hour of our usual two hour walk.

Far too hot here in London.
When I started my walk about 6:30 this morning it was reasonable but by my return at 10am it was already getting too warm for me, and now it is sticky and way too hot.

Dave

Its still mid 20's here, the promised storm hasn't arrived, just a short shower a couple of hours ago :(

6PM and the Temp has gone up, really warm now. Only just brought the washing in, from off the line.

Its been around 18 / 19oC here all day, It feels chilly after the last few days,
Some minor rain overnight, that cooled things down ,nothing like they were predicting though.
and the odd light shower through the day., more like drizzle than rain.

Hottest place on earth, I think it was yesterday, 53 degrees in a place in America I think it was. WOW, now that is what you would call HOT.

Well folks I hope you all enjoyed the summer this year (y)

Currently 13oC here, and hissing down. It looks to be set for the rest of the day.

Not that cold down here (and not raining today, either!) but definitely cooler than it has been.

The rain is currently bouncing off the windows and road here..
At least I won't need to top up the pond for a bit :D

Looks like it is going to be another hot day here in Runcorn, 28 degrees predicted for today. I was thinking of doing a bit of gardening, have to get it done before the heat kicks in.

Just watered the garden and people parking in the road already and heading for the beach.

Only managed half an hour in the garden, got all the important bits done. Getting a little to warm, to be lugging stones around the garden.

Working yesterday it was 35 in the van at 3pm
Probably be higher today
No aircon only window!!!
That's Asda

27C according to my weather station sensor, got very warm hanging out the washing just now.

The temperature is currently 24 but will go to 30 by 1300; I have a BBQ planned at around that time. I was intending to drink red wine but those Jaipurs cooling in the Fridge look attractive.

Dave

I think it's something like 24 here. Mrs WW (she's Thai) was complaining about it being too hot yet when the temperature is 24 in Thailand she's cold :D How's that work then :D

Mid 20's here and rising.
No breeze makes it worse :(

very hot here in Yorkshire last few days.
the temperature at the crete house is only showing about 3 degs more

Came back from my daughters place about one'ish and the car thermometer was showing 30C
People out jogging and some silly old sods riding bikes, no sign of any water or at least in sufficient quantity.

Hottest part of the day, what makes you think "oh I know lets go out for some strenuous exercise"
Bonkers in the nut.

It would have been a nice day to be near the sea. That's Kos, isn't it?

It is and it has been fantastic! :D

We should have been going to Skiathos for a fortnight in June but ended up here as only allowed to go to 5 islands and needed some sun. Booked a week factoring in the isolation on our return and managed to extend by a week to arrive back on 21st when they changed the rules for double vaxed people.

I'm sure we will come back again.

7.30 in the evening and 30C, I could be in the South of France, but it is very humid, or maybe that is the chilled white beverage.
