I'd say a hdr/tonemapped style with some desaturation, possibly a black and white layer over the top with the opacity lowered. Might be some cross processing as well.

Best bet may be to take the photo down (and swap it for a link) and ask Rebeca herself.

EDIT: OK, so it has a CC licence, but I don't think TP are fans of posting others' work either way.

Thanks for that Wayne. I like what you've done on this one. Is that the processing you used?

I did it all except the cross process, I just added a bit of warmth (pinky/yellow ish) instead to get closer to the image you linked, I didn't have time to add one of the many cross processes. The image was all done anyway except for the warm up bit as thats what the model wanted.
