How does my new gallery work?

Okay, instead of making a new thread, I decided to edit this one.

What do you think of my gallery? It's not really for "professional" purposes, it's a place that I can display my images for people like yourselves and my friends/family to look at it.

If someone "stumbled" across my website do you think they'd stay long? (For the purpose of viewing some images only).

p.s: Plenty more photos to get put in. Plus, I'm making the layout wide so that line doesn't run down the right hand side of the images etc.
 
Argh! Flash gallery! :D

The navigation is all wacky for me - in particular the 'back to album' icon took a bit of finding as it was off the side of my screen and didn't fit in the outline image in the background (sorry, haven't explained that very well). Overall I didn't find the navigation experience very intuitive :shrug:

Oh, and the 'show images' icon overlapped the album title text when I was viewing the 'demo' image.

Okay some parts are now sorted.

I've still got to sort that "line" down the right hand side. I'll do that over the weekend :)

I will tell you honestly that if I stumbled across your website, I would not stay more than a few seconds. That's because it took me four mouse clicks before I could see a full-sized image. Thumbnails and text are not attention grabbing!

I would strongly suggest changing things around so the first thing the viewer sees is your more captivating image. That will give them a reason to want to stay awhile.
