Please:
I have tried on and off today to work out how to put a picture on a thread from my picture gallery, Ive printed the thread off from the FAQ, and either
Ive lost my ability to understand and execute an instruction but its does not make sense. Ive searched for the Medium Image box contents - cant find that so am totally lost
So can some one please help this apparent thicko:bonk:

If you click on 'Gallery' on the right hand side of your posts, and the click on the small image, and click on it again until it's a large image, the medium box is just below the image.

That contains the link for you to use.

I use photobucket and it has all the links next to the photo you wish to use. Its just a matter of pointing your cursor over the required link and then it will automnatically copy then you just paste it in your message body.

Quick example:

Here is a photo of my car.

Now find the image you want to use in your photo bucket as per pic above. Move your cursor over the IMG (forum and Bulletin boards) and it will automatically copy.
Now paste the code by right clicking your cursor in the message body (here) and paste. It will look something like this [IM G]http://i166.photobucket.com/albums/u118/ado28/f0f84b30-1.jpg[/IMG] (I have altered the code so it wont work to give you an example)
The End result will look like this:

I hope this explains things easier for you. If you do decide to use photobucket you will need to register which is free!
