How do you use Phase One Capture 5 Pro

Hi all,
I can use LR 3 and CS5 with no problems:) but I would like to use Capture 5 Pro,
now this session's thing I just can't get my head round it, I think I'm missing something some where as I get in a muddle and give in for a few day's.

I'v watched the videos by Phase One is there any other video's/website's I can go to?, or is there someone near me (Peterborough/Cambrideshire/Lincolnshire) who I could call on for a hour that could show me the workflow.:)

Can i ask why you want to seriously compromise your workflow with C1pro when you have lr3 and cs5 which are very compatible together ?.

The slight gain in the raw engine is out weighed by the workflow problems.

I use C1pro as i shoot Phase One other wise i wouldn't use it at all.

You may ask and thank's for chiming in at the moment I'm running Nikon D1, D1X, D2Hs and hopefully I will be looking towards a phase one camera for myself by March next year (saving hard), anyway I find files from my D1/D1X are better from what little I'v used C1 than IMO with CS5/LR.
I thought it would be nice to get the basic's understood incase I make the leap to Phase One.;) (before I get to old:D)
 
Thank's for the info, not sure yet on the back I would like to think Open +65 back, but I will more than likely near the time consult someone like yourself..
