I've recently decided to start buying A4 prints of my photos from Photobox and have already accumulated quite a collection. My problem is how to store them

I've been looking on line and I'm quite surprised at the lack of options tbh :(

It's my intention that these prints will be a lasting record of my photography so I don't want to just put them into plastic sleeves in a ring binder as I've had problems with the sleeves kind of bonding to the print in the past. I'm looking for a solution that will preserve the photos for many years to come.

So how does everyone else store their prints? :)

i've had the same problem mate so i stopped getting the prints..
i'll watch this thead closely..

For storage purposes I would use an acid & lignin free box with the photo's interleaved with acid & lignin free paper. Using acid & lignin free will greatly prolong the life of your photo's in many cases years longer than ordinary albums and storage media.
They can be obtained in major craft shops, not sure of online links at the mo.

I use folders. If you get the Crystal Archive pockets (I think that is what the ones from 7day are called) they I've had no problems with them sticking.

Silverprint do a range of archival media which will fill your needs, probably empty your wallet too, but true archival quality costs. :)

Thanks Steep :) You're right - not cheap but probably what I'm looking for

I buy my supplies from the Art-On Paperchase store in London. They have archival plastic sleaves that I have a folder for. This is for my A3 prints folio.

I have tried some of their more expensive French made leather folios, but they have damaged some of my folio pieces.
