How do you get to this image?

Hi All - I've seen a lot of really dark background images with only small parts of the image light and in focus. Does anyone have any idea how this is done? Is it PP? :shrug:

Sorry, thought it had linked to a particular image. It's the one of the black and white duck with piercing yellow eyes (2nd row, 2nd from right).

This looks like a vignette and the eyes are brightened a bit, because everythings dark they stand out more

Cheers Dave. Just had a look in my CS5 PS and my Lens Correction is missing from my Distort function under filters!? Hmmm.:shrug:

try Shift+Cnt+R, that should pull it up I think, or try, make a duplicate layer and EDIT, Transform, there adjustment for skew warp perspective and warp there but thats not for vignettes, Im going to bed now so will help with vignettes first thing in the morning

I agree. I've been back a few times to have a look. Some great shots on there.
