I hve got a new Ipod Nano and I wnat to know how you add the ablum covers to the Ipod so they are the background instead of the plain, boring one!

Thanks in advance
Matt

Sync them again ;)

Through iTunes. Usually it syncs when you connect to the computer, or there is a button at the bottom right to sync again.

Go on itunes click the song (or songs if an album). Right click and select get album artwork.
Job done :D

Always happy to help

THanks Scott, it is always appreciated when someone is prepared to help :). I have done that but they dont appear on my Ipod as my music is already o there. Any idea on how I can put the album art on there now?

Once you plug your ipod in to itunes and sync, it should do it automatically.

Oh sweet moses. Read the manual. Plug the iPod in and it should sync automatically. Its the way it works. Plug it in, syncs automatically and off you go. Its so easy.

It has been synced.

Right:

It has all the Oasis albums on the Ipod.
However, these albums dont have alubm art.
They are the standard screen.
Can I import the album art onto the Ipod or do I need to wipe it and restart?

Oh my god. You're really not getting this. Did you think that once you put music on the iPod thats it? Sync it *AGAIN* If the music in iTunes has album art it will be copied over to the iPod when you sync it.

 Sorry!!

how DO I re-sync it?

Bang your head on the table till blood comes out.

As Pete has mentioned, if you have altered the files (i.e. added cover art to them), then reconnect your ipod to your computer and itunes will realise the files have changed and resync them (sync=synchronize)

Right, I get you. Thing is I have added album art and I have plugged the Ipod in since. This is all to no avail

Thanks for the helpful reply.

You're welcome.

Ok, click on the iPod icon in itunes and there should be a sync button in the bottom right hand corner.

If that fails, remove the music and re-add it to the ipod.

Right, you see when I click on the IPOD logo it takes me to this register screen. I click regiseter and then it says save this file. I click save file then nothing else happens. I cant remove the music as i cant get onto the Ipod itself so I am just oging round in circles!

Somewhere baby Jesus is crying.

You don't need to guess; it's simple and you've been told how to do it.

RTFM then. ;)

Problem solved. THe screen resoltion was to small for me to see alll the options  I am now up and running sorry to be sucha PITA and thank you for all your help, sorry I got narky!
