How do you add a Frame that looks like this?

How do you add frames like this to a image?

Add a layer, move it to the bottom, then canvass size and 5 pixels, fill it with grey Repeat canvass size again using more px say about 30 ish fill white canvass size again then add a black, then you can add bevels form the layer modes of each or some of the layers
