I'm now going through some photos that i have taken, and i have a photo where i should have asked the lady in the background to move but she was mid conversation and i thought that would be a bit rude:(

I'm trying to take her out of the photo but have no idea where to start

Could someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks

I have so much to learn full stop with photography and photoshop so not 100% sure how to clone

But here is the photo, as you can imagine i think she will want to be taken out of the photo lol

It could be done with Photoshop or Paintshop but it's not a quick job. You need to cut her out and then reconstruct the background in her place using what you have there already. The most difficult bit will be working round the hair on the girl on the left.

Next time - if you're worried about moving someone in the background why don't you just ask the models to move?

Good luck!

Cowasaki has the right idea - but best to do it when you're sober;)

It took me 16 minutes to download it, fire up photoshop, sort it, upload the image and drink my brew :)

Wow, how did you do that, it's so much better?

Thank you so much.

Photoshop using the clone tool and a paint brush. It is a quick job to do a quick job! Like AndyB said if you want a pro job it does take a bit longer. In reality probably an hours work so you can't tell!

I said that in jest mate - just so you know. For a quick job you did good. The prospect of spending the time to do it seamlessley is daunting.

I know, that's how I took it :)
