How do I update to latest Lightroom release ??

Think I am having a bit of a numpty moment but I just can't see how to update my version of Lightroom cc to the latest version

Anyone give me a quick "idiots" guide

Help -> Updates on mine, or use the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Yes I thought it would be that but I click on Help then Updates and the adobe image just flashes up then goes

Looks to be a manual link on the site so guess I had better use that

For some reason I thought it would look for and prompt me when updates are available when I opened it but maybe that was just wishful thinking

if you are on a Mac then the CC app is next to the wifi icon at the top of your screen, looks like a little link from a chain.

Yes managed to sort ok but that icon on the top of my screen opens however there is nothing there, strange and not sure how to sort it.

you should get the app when you click on the little icon at the top of your screen like so

You can do i t from the Creative Cloud app, you should be able to view all of your updates from there.
