How do I recover photos from my camera after accidentally formatting my SD card?

I use the full version of RescuePro from SanDisk - I have only had to use it once in anger but it recovered everything on the card not overwritten and for that reason alone I keep it updated. I always write to two cards simultaneously and download to hard drive asap, check files before re-formatting for next event.
