Can you post the original image?
 
Not at this moment no as I'm in Bristol and won't be going home (Wales) morrow nite the only way I can describe it .
It's like a reflection the main photo is colour and the reflection is b/w
Sorry for vague description but that's only way I can describe it
 
selective colouring?
 
Duplicate, flip the dupe, convert to mono, bring both into a single file?
