Seen some nice pics and wondered how to merge two images together? I have ps7

First off, get the two photos opened in Photoshop. Select one and copy it. Close the window and paste it into the other photo. This should put it on a new layer straight away. For positioning, I would lower the opacity of the top layer, so that you can see through it. Just nudge the photo using command-arrow (ctrl on a PC ??).Next, add a layer mask onto the top layer. You can do this through the menus Layer>Layer Mask>Reveal All. There are other ways to do it, but it's good enough for now. Simply select your paintbrush and paint black on the mask to hide the content of the layer. If you hide too much, then just switch to white and paint with that to show it again.

If you have the Layers palette open all the time, it's easier to keep track of where you are. When you add the layer mask, you should see a little image of it appear next to the image of the top layer in the layers palette.

This all sounds difficult, but gets easy with practice. Best thing is to play with it for a bit.
