Yes
Just been looking at our weather forecast, and want to copy what I can see on my screen and post it, as our forecast is not looking good - minus 273 degrees in a few days...
Any ideas ?

Mac or PC? If the latter, CTRL + Print Screen (or it may be shift, one or the other :)), and then paste into image editing package of choice. On my laptop it's FN + Prt Sc.

Hit Ctrl and Print screen at the same time, open something like MS Paint (you should have it on your machine) and press Ctrl V to paste. Save as Jpeg and done!

Now, as a rubbish typer, I spend most of my time on the pc looking at the keyboard. So, how come in all the years I have had this keyboard I have never seen the print screen button, and was about to post again asking what it was, but thankfully I took a long hard look first..
So, that's my 'something learned every day' done !!

Cheers Teachers

No need to hit ctrl that was early windows, just prt scr is fine

Alt prt scr captures active window only

ctrl only copys the window/software you have selected (usefull if you use dual monitors etc)

EDIT - ok no, sorry that is alt + print screen
