How did they get this look?

I really like the effect of this, and the colours are fantastic, and was wondering if anyone knew how they managed to get them.

its just a long exposure and done in pping, white balance shift and other shopping

i figured the massive copyright across the picture was ok....

better to link the shot and credit, as the shot is from one url and the watermark a different url

Oh and check out the length of the site name on the watermark its massive

Likely a long exposure with possibly a magenta filter to enhance the sky/ colours.

It does look like a long exposure, thats for sure. A graduated filter of some kind would have almost certainly been used here.

Also, it "could" have also been ran through an HDR program (Photomatix) as a single RAW.

The colour looks to me like the Bi-Color Filter that is in the Nik Color Efex plugin.
