How busy will London be on Sunday?

Was planning to go to London on Sunday. Heading to my Grandparents in Kentish Town first with my son, then onto Regent St for a bit of shopping and a wander round, maybe to Knightsbridge to see Harrods with all their Christmas stuff.

Then I just realised - Whitehall will be packed for Remembrance Sunday. How busy does the area get and would I be better off going another day - dont fancy coping with an 18 month old in a busy crowd and packed tube

tbh london is busy full stop but yeah remembrance sunday will be worse.

I wouldn't be put off by Remembrance Sunday, it's a very localised event. Certainly, it won't have any effect on how busy it in Knightsbridge (Harrods) or on Regent Street.

Yep, the places you want to go won't be affected. Central London will be a fair bit crowded anyway in the run up to Christmas but that is when it's at it's most vibrant for me, but it shouldn't pose any problems for you with an 18 month old.
