Hi all,how do i zoom in 100% & then just crop or keep that part of picture.e.g if i have a photo of a bird but it is small in the frame,how do i zoom in to make bird bigger & keep photo at that.i have lightroom 4 & elements 9.thanks

Yes

LR - zoom in, use crop overlay tool in Develop and crop to size you require
