Yes
Thinking about moving and currently am using Primelocation and Rightmove to check out properties. Will this pick up everything on the market or are there any others that I should also be using

TIA
Andrew

There is Globrix too...unlikely to have anything not on the other two but belt and braces.

Mouseprice is another worth taking a look at.

Give you Land reg info as well, such as previous selling price, local stats also.

Some good info on there.

I've been using rightmove recently to try and find a house so will try some of these others.

i've been thinking a new build as it would be our first house so hopefully less issues, any good new build websites?

Is Rightmove the one that feeds details of properties to the government or councils for later use in screwing you for more council tax one day?

A good independent survey - not the basic valuation for the lender - should make you aware of any important issues with a second-hand house. The surveyor would normally advise on the sort of survey appropriate for the property based on its age and location. You will likely be spending well into six figures, so £500-1000 on a proper survey is well worth it.

Also if you use Firefox, you can download an addin call Property Bee that is used in conjunction with RightMove. It basically shows you and change in the advert over time of all houses, so you can see if the owners have reduced the price and by how much etc.

Thanks for that - I couldn't register it though

All these site only pickup properties from registered agents. I dont know where your looking, but to see most of the properties in the area I would check out the estate agents in that area
