HotShoe Block Thing

Anyone know where I can get a hotshoe with a 3.5mm jack plug in the side that I can use for triggering the flash?

I bought one before, but I cant find it at all.

Its for a little project I idea I have, but will be using a MCU to trigger the flash. But I have a 430 EX II so no sync socket.
