I'm a big fan of Jools Holland and always watch his New Years Eve shows.

I've just had Sky Hd installed replacing my Sky+ box. Trouble is I had recorded some of his new years eve shows including one of my favourites the 2007 show which featured Kylie Minogue and Paul McCartney. These couldn't be transferred over according to the Sky engineer and he's taken the box!!!

Anyone know where can I get copies of these shows? Or if you have this particular show on dvd I'll pay to buy it off you.

Please help a Jools Holland fan!!

I'm no help, sorry, but I feel your pain! 2007 was a great hootenanny (I didn't like 2008 much though). Have you ever seen Jools and his R&B band live?

Is it normal that Sky take the box? We had multiroom put on when we did same switch so of course kept old box, but worth a quick call to CS to ask if that is normal and explain why you would like it back.

As for the programs, hhmmmm.... don't the BBC have some of their archive stuff online now? Might be worth checking. Otherwise, not really sure as its not the kind of thing that would go to DVD I would imagine
