Hi guys, I am looking at trying to make my own homemade backlit lightbox (not like the tent type things I see on here).
My aim is to photograph some old slides. My inspiration came from a job that I went to at work and a chap had his own homemade lightbox set up. It was essentially a small wooden box lined with paper with an LED light in the bottom and a small opening in the top where the slide would slot into.
Has anybody made their own? Are there any guides I can follow to make my own?
All of the DIY guides I find are to make a Light tent type design which is not what I am after. Also if I was to buy a sheet of plastic is there a particular type of plastic I need at a particular thickness to allow light to pass through?
Thanks in advance!!
