Hello,

It feel really bad posting this, but here it goes..

I am going on a 2 week holiday at the beginning of next week, 1 week in Spain and 1 week on a cruise. I have purchased one of them welding glasses from Dark Mutton, however I need some things.

This is probably asking a lot, but would anyone be able to lend me a cheapo Cokin P Holder (62mm or 58mm fitting) and a wired remote for a 450D until the 25th of August please? Of course, I would pay postage both ways and if broken I would pay for a replacement.

I would buy myself but there isn't enough time for them to be delivered

As I said, I don't like asking for things on a forum, but I guess it's worth a go for some good pictures I guess :shrug:

For reference, I live in Cambridge.

might be worth going to a shop if no one has gotten back to you by the end of the night - you can cheat at a remote by using the self timer (up to 10sec on a 450 if I remember right) and a cokin and adaptor can be grabbed from a jessops/LCE/whatever you have to hand in cambridge

Thanks for the reply. I need a remote because I plan on using the camera on bulb mode with the welding glass. I shall take a trip to town tomorrow. Again, thanks.
