Just doing the right thing and saying hello and thanks you for a wonderful forum.
Just vought a Kiss X5 (600d) and just ordered a Canon 55-250mm lens as well.
Hope to pick up lots of hints and tips from you all.

Welcome to TP, I started with a similar camera, the 550D with a 18-135 lens, so you have made a good choice, good luck with your course!
