Hello, I'm Sharon from down in Devon. I am a full time unpaid carer for my fiancé who has C.O.P.D. I also help my disabled mum as often as I can usually doing her garden for her. I started my DSLR journey in 2020 but after taking a year away from it have forgotten more than I ever learnt so I'm starting over again. I bought a Nikon Z50 the beginning of this year and also have a Nikon D3500. Sorry for the short intro but I suffer with depression and frequently struggle with what to say.
 
Welcome Sharon. Photography can be a good therapy in a situation like yours, allowing you to both express feelings but also disconnect from them sometimes. Good luck in your journey.

You're not the only one Sharon, several people on this forum struggle with depression and there are also people on this forum who are or have been carers so you'll be in good company.
