Hilite lighting advice

Hi All,

I am thinking about getting one of thses backgrounds http://www.warehouseexpress.com/buy...-x-7ft-with-super-white-vinyl-train/p10000578

But was wondering which light to use in it. Would this one be ok?

the backgrounds are awesome tools to have, but are you aware that the light/head is a model lamp only... not a strobe/flash and can get very hot after long periods of use???

Yes, that's not the best choice of light at all.
